Story
After being released from prison after 25 years, New York mob capo Dwight “The General” Manfredi is exiled to Tulsa, Oklahoma. Sylvester Stallone’s first lead role in a television series. Dwight “The General” Manfredi: I don’t really go to church. The opening credits show various photographic and painted views, as well as Oklahoma landmarks inserted into the New York landscape: a statue of the Sioux Indian chief “Touch the Clouds” in a military cap and bone collar (breastplate), installed on the Brooklyn Bridge.

I really like this show
Shown in CBS News Sunday Morning: Episode # 45.7 (2022). It’s a little unbelievable, but mostly entertaining. The humor that Stallone brings to the character (screenwriters) balances out the absurd moments. Stallone subtly portrays a monster recently released from prison.
Fish out of water, no
Who can move to the southwestern state and earn money for the boss at home. He makes the most of a situation he would rather not be in. The shark is in a different ocean, and maybe to a greater degree. It looks set to be a fantastic addition to the storied and storied career of one of Hollywood’s all-time biggest box office grossers.
Stallone is in his element and does what he promises
